For returns, Skaal offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Products must be in their original packaging and undamaged.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return, credited back to the original payment method. Note that items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns.
